Queens Of The Stone Age Add Nine European Dates for June 2027

What Homme says about the stage show
Before the new record came out, frontman Josh Homme sat down with NME alongside Michael Schuman. They discussed what to expect from the live shows, including lessons from the band's stripped-back "Catacombs" tour.
Homme said those shows changed the band for good. "I think we're going to do something that's beyond what we've ever done before," he said.
He pointed to the theatrics of that earlier tour, which he described as almost Vaudeville and magic. What the new show will actually contain, he did not say.
A busy year around the album
The tour celebrates "Perfecth", the band's ninth studio album, released on Matador Records on Friday 30 October. The European leg comes after North American shows with Pixies, which were announced recently. US dates in Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston and elsewhere fall in May.
The band has spent much of 2026 on the road, and North American stadium dates with Foo Fighters on the "Take Cover" tour were part of it. Still to come this year are performances in LA, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. In March 2027 they return to Mexico City for a co-headline concert with Interpol.
Our View
The UK announcement is the detail that will decide whether British fans need to book travel abroad. Friday's on-sale may show how much interest the album's tour draws. Homme's hint of something new on stage is still unexplained, and later announcements may fill it in.
